Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Chester - £435 per day – Outside IR35
Are you looking for your next long term freelance contract in the North West and do you have experience of commercially delivering major civils projects?
* Immediate start available
* 8 – 12 month contract initially on offer
* £13m civil engineering project
* NEC4 Option A Contract
* Responsible for commercially delivering the project from procurement through to final account for the main contractor
* Opportunities for future work consisting of both Client and Contractor based roles
* Outside IR35
* Hybrid working – 2/3 days on site
