I am currently recruiting for an Interim Contract Manager/Senior Ops Manager post in the South West who are looking for someone to help them lead their collection service in order to improve their performance and meet KPIs to tackle missed bin collections.

More about the role:

- Leading a team of 2 operation managers who overlook 8 supervisors below them

- Improving efficiency of waste collections and meet KPIs

- This position requires on site presence

- Rate negotiable
