Company Overview:

Our client, a well renowned M&E sub contractor who are a leading provider of innovative solutions in the data centre sector market are in the hunt for a M&E Project Manager with ideally some knowledge of Data Centres.

Job Description:

As the M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical and electrical aspects of the data centre project on site. You will manage the project and the team, ensuring it’s in line with the project programme, is within budget, and making sure the highest quality standards are met.

This role requires excellent communication skills, and have an excellent understanding of M&E.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the M&E components of the data centre project.

* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager, preferably in data centre projects.

* Strong knowledge of M&E systems and their integration.

* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
