Job Opportunity: Data Administrator

Salary: The salary of £27,000 per annum has already been pro-rata’d and therefore this is the actual salary you will receive (before tax).
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of school data systems? We are working with a mainstream school in Ealing, who are seeking an exceptional Data Administrator to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in supporting the academy’s staff and students by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Maintain and manage the academy’s data systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR and school policies.

Report Generation: Prepare timely and accurate reports for senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes.

Support Systems: Assist in the administration and maintenance of the school’s Management Information System (MIS), including training staff as necessary.
*
Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including examination boards, local authorities, and other partners.
*
Data Analysis: Support the school by analyzing trends and data to improve educational outcomes.
*
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle additional administrative duties as required to support the wider operations of the academy.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience: Previous experience in data management, preferably in an educational setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIS platforms and other data tools; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel expertise is essential).

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in data management or administration are advantageous but not essential.
