Job Description

Banksman/Vehicle Marshall required for 4-week duration on large commercial new build project in Slough. The role will involve being based in the "yard" of a large construction site, ensuring efficient flow of traffic, safe loading and unloading of equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency in the yard.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic/ vehicle movements on site

Maintain yard housekeeping

Follow company lift plans, RAMS, and Health & Safety systems.

Effectively communicate with all stakeholders re delivery planning

Ensure materials are moved around site efficientlySkills, Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Skilled Banksman/Traffic Marshall, ensuring adherence to site traffic management plans

Slinger and Plant Movement/Marshal certifications (CPCS/NPORS)

First Aid certification (preferred).

Experience in loading and plant movements.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to ensure all health & safety standards are met and exceeded.This is available for an immediate start and suit individuals bases in or easily commutable to Slough
