Building Control Surveyor
The London Borough of Hillingdon are currently recruiting a Building Control Surveyor.
Information about the role:
Hybrid working.
£60hr.
Inside IR35.
Working with client and design teams on development projects on schemes up to Class 2F including on reversions and regularisation BC submissions.
Checking plans submitted for Building Regulation approval on schemes up to Class 2F.
Carrying out regular on-site technical assessments for projects up to Class 2F.
Assessing unauthorised works and progressing enforcement actions where appropriate.
Advising on Dangerous Structure mattes and progressing action where appropriate.
