Building Surveyor - Legal Disrepair
Islington Council are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Legal Disrepair Service.
Information & Requirements:
£300 per day.
Inside IR35.
Experience managing legal disrepair cases
Ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential)
Good understanding of damp and structural issues
Social housing experience (not essential)
Managing works from specification through to post inspection
Organised and proactive
Able to manage their own calendar and caseload
Largely office based
There is use of pool cars / (phone number removed)
