Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – Minimum Tuesday in Office)
Salary: PAYE £12.88 | Ltd £16.35

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Be a point of contact for internal policy queries from managers and employees.
• Manage absence tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing job adverts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
• Support the scheduling and delivery of learning and development sessions, including liaising with training providers.
• Assist with general HR administration, including note-taking at meetings, producing relevant documentation, and processing payments and invoices.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong administrative skills and experience with recruitment processes.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one office day per week (Tuesday), plus additional office days when hosting external training sessions.
