An Aftercare Officer is required to join a dedicated team in a London-based Housing Association, providing essential customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Description
Key responsibilities:
Providing face to face support to customers
Liaising with contractors to resolve any issues raised by residents
Acting as the main point of contact between the Aftercare and Defects teams
Managing and updating client records
Coordinating appointments and schedules
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Participating in staff meetings and training sessionsProfile
A successful Aftercare Officer should have:
Prior experience in an Aftercare role or similar
Knowledge of Defects Management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work well in a team setting
High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality principles
