Job Description

My client in Central London is looking to appoint talented Delivery Lead for Complex Change on a Contract basis.

This role will support the mobilisation of Council's approach to delivering its 2030 strategy, a borough-based plan to work with their local partners, communities, and residents.

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

The Council are looking for Delivery Leads who have experience of designing and delivering complex change programmes in local government, as well as programmes that respond to corporate-wide critical projects.

This will include developing delivery programmes that are built on deep resident insight and intelligence, as well as informed by innovation and resident and community-led approaches

This role will involve a significant amount of complex changeAbout you:

You will have the following experiences:

Demonstrable experience of programme delivery and management skills, driving projects and programmes, and leading through complex change

Experience of working in a strategy or policy role, working with politicians and senior leaders.

Experience of working in significant complex change management.

Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.

Local Authority experience is essential.What's on offer:

Salary: £660+ per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
