Performance Systems Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Systems Integration (PSI) Engineer to join our team, responsible for the complete performance system lifecycle-from requirements and system architecture to technical problem-solving and product integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Define system architecture, calibration, and control system requirements

Develop and optimize control systems using simulation and analytical tools

Solve technical issues and ensure product quality and emissions compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products into customer applicationsWhat You'll Need:

Experience in Engine/Powertrain development: calibration, control systems, and simulation tools (e.g., GT Power, Matlab/Simulink)

Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach (5 Whys, Ishikawa)
