Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Contract type: Fixed term contract for up to12 months (maternity leave cover)
Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, (hours and days flexible)
Location: Remote working wtih up to 2 visits per month to our Head office in Cannock
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience
Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

Accounts Transactional Support:
Various consolidated Billing processingOther Accounts Duties as required:
Bank and Cash Account reconciliations
Intercompany Journal for manual invoices
Prepayments
Accruals - Cash Transactions
HESL fixed assets
Central costs accrual
Rent Review
Repairs and Maintenance Opex / Capex review
Assets & Depreciation Posting
Bank Payments
Ad hoc duties to assist the Finance TeamWhat we're looking for from you:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including v-look up and pivot table standard
Minimum 2 months experience as an accounts assistant
AAT full or part qualified
Knowledge of SAGE Intacct preferred
