Join a leading precision engineering company as a Production Engineer, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Your role will focus on maximizing efficiencies, reducing waste, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring seamless production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
* Support sales with quotations for new products.
* Reduce setup times and improve machine utilization.
* Process BOMs and ensure quality standards.
* Provide training and development for engineers.
Requirements:
* Recognized engineering apprenticeship.
* Strong CAD/CAM programming and machine tool experience.
* Proficiency in engineering drawings and customer specifications.
* Knowledge of Epicor/Vantage software (desirable).
