Job Description

Joshua Robert are recruiting on behalf of a Housing Association, seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to play a key role in supporting their property services team. This position involves providing technical expertise and oversight to ensure a resident-focused, high-quality maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical advice to team members to facilitate effective repair orders.

Manage a programme of work to meet health and safety obligations.

Oversee major repair projects, void works, and ensure smooth project implementation.

Engage with residents through pre- and post-repair inspections and statutory consultations.

Handle disrepair claims, damp and mould cases, and respond to complaints within set timeframes. What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience in construction or maintenance project management.

A technical qualification in a relevant field.

Strong knowledge of works ordering systems and procurement processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
