This role is available as a fixed-term contract to cover a period of 9 months.
What will you be doing?
As a Telephony Advisor for BES Group, you will plan and book engineering inspections using purpose designed software. You will help us to deliver the highest quality inspections by confirming all the details so our Engineers get to where they’re needed, when they’re needed.
You will:
Use your excellent customer service skills to contact our customers and inform of, or confirm their booking
Confirm appointments for all inspections with customers via inbound and outbound calls
Use purpose designed software to ensure correct data is inputted for the engineers to follow, ensuring an effective and efficient schedule
Work with the wider team to prioritise and book in urgent inspections when required
Use your fantastic problem-solving skills to keep our Engineer travel time to a minimum, ensuring that we are as efficient as we can be
Self-manage your workload and work to strict deadlines
Provide reliable, high-quality service to customers
Input accurate data in to the system
Achieve quality and productivity targets relating to inspection bookings and telephony SLA’s

To join our team, you will need:
Offer highly effective communication skills
Good attention to detail
Be a team player with excellent customer service skills
IT literate
Organisational skills
Strong telephone skills
Previous experience dealing with a high volume of calls in a customer contact centre environment (desirable)
Ability to work to targets
Customer service experience (desirable)
