Spanish Teacher

Are you a qualified Spanish Teacher seeking a permanent role as soon as possible?

A Secondary school in Ealing are looking to appoint a new Spanish Teacher to cover a maternity position on a fixed term contract. Ideally, they would like the applicant to have experience in teaching Spanish up to KS4.

Applications are welcome from both NQTs and experienced Spanish Teachers.

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Adhering to the school's policies and procedures

* Providing pupils with necessary feedback and encouraging using different techniques to enable them to grasp languages quicker

* Assisting in the department with preparing resources and arranging trips to support studies

* Meeting with pupils' parents/carers to discuss their academic progress at parents' evenings or any ECHP plans.

Requirements of the candidate:

* A QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

* Strong behaviour management skills

* An enhanced DBS that is on the update service or willing to apply a new DBS.

* Strong ability in planning and preparing your own lesson in accordance with the curriculum.

* To speak Spanish and be able to teach.
