Are you an experienced Highways Supervisor looking for an opportunity to lead high-profile projects on high-speed roads? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, working exclusively on night shifts in the North West (Area 10 & 13). Role Details:

* Position: Highways Supervisor

* Location: North West – Area 10 & 13

* Shifts: Monday to Friday (nights only)

* Rate: £280 - £300 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

* Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage high-speed highways projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

* Oversee technology and lighting installations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

* Work closely with the Principal Contractor to deliver projects on time and within scope.

* Maintain accurate site records and ensure full adherence to project plans and schedules.

* Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture across all site operations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* First Aid qualification.

* NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Construction Operations (or equivalent).

* Demonstrated experience in high-speed highways projects.

* Strong understanding of technology and lighting works.

* Proven experience working with Principal Contractors.
