Site Supervisor (Hands-On)

Location: Leicester

Rate: £200 - £240 per day

Start Date: 20th January 2025

Duration: Until August 2025

Project: New Children's Home Construction

We are recruiting a hands-on Site Supervisor on behalf of our client for an exciting commercial construction project in Leicester. The successful candidate will oversee and actively contribute to the build of a new children's home, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and actively participate in on-site activities.

Coordinate and manage daily operations to meet project milestones.

Oversee tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Conduct scaffold inspections and maintain safety compliance.

Enforce health and safety regulations across the site.

Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).

Current First Aid Certification.

Scaffold Inspection Ticket.

Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in supervisory roles.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
