Senior Site Manager - Cladding & Remediation Works

• Bromley, Kent

•£270 - £300 CIS per day

Start date:10th February 2025• Contract - Minimum 1 year contract

A specialist principle contractor requires a Senior Site Manager for remediation works to the external cladding of a preoccupied block of apartments. The project is due for completion in March 2026

Reporting to a Project Manager and working in a live environment, you will be responsible for ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner with minimal disruption for the tenants.

This role will suit a seasoned Senior Site Manager with the following qualities and experience;

• SMSTS / Black CSCS Card / 1st Aid

• Able to demonstrate a good understanding to Tier 2 processes

• Recognises the importance of keeping accurate digital records on higher risk buildings and is comfortable using building management systems.

• Has the required levels of communication skills needed when working in a live environment.

• Ensure all aspects of customer care, health and safety and welfare arrangements are implemented and documented

• IT Literate.
