Are you eager to land a brand new role for the New Year? Our client in South London are looking for an experienced Learning & Workforce Development Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their Social Care operations.
Position: Learning & Workforce Development Lead
Location: South London
Hourly Rate: £29.24 p/h Umbrella (Rates Are Negotiable)
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
Duration: 5 months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities
To provide learning and development opportunities for staff in Health and Adult Social Care, to comply with statutory requirements, service priorities, local and national policies.
To assist with workforce strategy priorities and build a strong stable skilled workforce who can work with residents to achieve best outcomes.
To analyse, commission and design learning interventions that are planned and costed according to service needs.
To undertake service wide training needs analysis and recommend suitable learning interventions making best use of resources. Job Requirements
2 years or more exprience within a local authority envrionment or a similar organisation.
Previous experience within a Learning & Development role or equivalent.
A clean Enhanced DBS is essential for this role.
Must hold a relevant qualification within Human Resources and/or Social Care. How to Apply:
