Job Description

Setsquare are looking for individuals with:

Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

Relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.

Knowledge of Health & Safety

Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.

Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces when required.

Good verbal and written communication are extremely important, including the ability to use a Mobile Device.

You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

Onsite Mechanical Engineer responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as: Air Handling Plant, Heating and Cooling systems, Thermal Wheels, Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Chilled Water AC systems, Water system, Booster Sets, Calorifiers, Water Heaters including general Plumbing works.
