Position: Learning & Development Advisor
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in Wandsworth Town (SW18) & 2 days working from home.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Learning & Development Advisor Relations at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Work with the L&D Manager and wider team to deliver L&D workshops and seminars aimed at HO and Onsite employee populations – at least 3 days a week
Support in designing and delivering new instructor-led webinars and workshops as and when required (new projects/requests)
Design and develop further learning resources e.g. documents, tutorial videos
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop a knowledge and understanding of required learning interventions (as part of design process)
Support in evaluating learning interventions i.e. delegate experience through to impact of interventions
Support in sourcing and collating relevant and useful learning resources to be added to EIL as part of a library of learning resources (to be built up over time)How to Apply:
