Job Description

Our client, a leading retail organisation is looking for a Finance Process Analyst to be a key member of the programme team working exclusively on the S/4HANA program.

* Contribute to the end-to-end process design for their area, developing content for key design decisions where appropriate

* Support virtual network of team of process analysts and subject matter experts

* Responsible for providing guidance and input to other activities requiring their input including data conversion and cleansing, reporting remediation, testing, training, and deployment planning.

* Document process flows including the development of the Standard Operating Procedures

* Designs and supports UAT scenarios and execution to confirm the integrity of your end-to-end process design

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience.

* Part Qualified or qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

* Effective team member with the ability to build and grow existing networks across the Business

* Willing to challenge and identify areas of focus/challenge within processes and systems

* Ability to explain complex financial issues to those with a non-finance background, and build relationships with senior business partners

* Ability to prioritize own work and adapt effectively to a project role with changing priorities

* Enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges and involvement in details as required

* Should have very good depth knowledge in SAP S4 HANA with latest technology and functionality

* Ability to explain complex financial issues to those with a non-finance background, and build strong relationships with senior business partners across the business

* It would be great if you have experience within the BUK & ROI, No7BC or BOPS Finance teams, Knowledge and experience of financial reporting and consolidation systems, including statutory (local) and US GAAP reporting, Cognos and SAP experience an advantage
