Our client, a leader in innovation, is seeking a Senior Assembly and Test Technician to join their dynamic team. About the Role:

As a Senior Assembly and Test Technician, you will play a key role in the repair, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical machines and instruments. This is a hands-on role with a mix of responsibilities:

🔧 Service & Support:

• Provide remote support to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with high-tech systems.

• Occasionally travel to customer sites for installation, training, or to resolve critical issues.

⚙️ Testing & Repairs:

• Test electro-mechanical modules, components, and instruments to ensure performance.

• Diagnose and repair faults, upgrading hardware or software as needed.

🔄 Prototype & Production Assembly:

• Assemble finished machines and systems in line with design specifications.

• Build prototype PCBs, wiring looms, and harnesses.

🌍 Travel & Logistics:

• Travel to customer sites, with occasional short-notice travel required for urgent issues.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Technically proficient in testing, servicing, and assembling electro-mechanical systems.

✔️ Customer-focused with excellent communication and service skills.

✔️ A problem-solver who can diagnose and repair faults effectively.

✔️ Experienced with manual test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and analyzers.

✔️ A strong team player who collaborates well with others.

🎓 Ideally, you’ll have:

• ONC/HNC in electronics, systems, or control.

• Experience in a Test and Service environment.

• A basic understanding of computer programming.
