Title: Site Manager

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + package or Day rate to be agreed

Sector: Refurbishment, student accomodation + some construction

Start Date: Immediate - ASAP

Must-haves: Site Manager, main contracting, refurbishment and projects over £5m

Site Manager - The Company:

Our client is a major builder developer both in the transformation of space and refurbishement projects within the Student accommodation sector. The construction arm self-delivers Student Accomodation projects and has an annnual turnover of £50m

Site Manager - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction Site Manager to join the construction team on a pcontract basis to deliver a project in Newcastle.

The project will be a £9m refurbishement/transformation of space project to turn into high- end Student Accommodation.

Site Manager - The Person:

* You will have a valid SMSTS certificate

* First Aid Qualified

* You must have worked for a main contractor

* Demonstrable experience of delivering construction projects to programme with supervisory experience.

* Refurbishment experience

* Experience on jobs up to £5m +

* Experience in managing sub-contractors and direct wok-force

* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme

* A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
