Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Site Agent in planning and coordinating site activities

Supervising site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

Maintaining detailed and accurate site records, including progress reports and site diaries

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery

Managing and resolving any site issues promptly to minimise disruption

Ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspections and audits

Providing technical support and guidance to site teams

Monitoring resource allocation and utilisation to maximise efficiency

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a Sub Agent role within the highway construction sector

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and health & safety regulations

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Effective communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in managing and interpreting construction documentation

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders

Civil engineering qualification or equivalent experience
