Canary Wharf based bank looking for a diligent, detailed orientated and committed HR / Rec Admin to cover a range of tasks alongside the HR team.
Role - HR / Recruitment Admin
Duration - 6 months with very likely extension
Location - Remote / Canary Wharf - 3 days per week in a Canary Wharf office (London)
Rate - £185 per day, Inside IR35 (PAYE)
Tasks
Assist in Recruitment practice and procedures including the on boarding of new joiners. Recruitment policy and procedures are to be adhered to
Support in the processing of invoicing by entering onto Oracle AP.
Assist in the Administration of work permit arrangements in respect of secondees from Head office.
Administer employee benefits and providing support and guidance to employees, if required.
Liaise with Benefits Consultants on administration of Benefits Renewals
Assist Expatriates on secondment to UK on Admin related issues.
Assist in compilation of Expatriate Monthly UK payroll payment.
Maintain all Human Resources records for new starters, transfers, termination, and changes in Department
Assist in the compilation of all relevant information for local monthly payroll (i.e., absence, joiner, leaver, out of hours working)
Ensure all relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Assist in handling Employee Disciplinary Process
Assist in handling Employee Grievance Process
Compile HR data / analytics as required by the business on a periodic basis.
Assisting in collating all information for Audit purpose (Internal and External)
Assist in the monthly submission of Pension Contribution
Assist in the facilitation of annual Pension Governance meeting.
Compile monthly Diversity and Inclusion report.
