Junior Learning & Development Digital Web Designer

Location:

Essex, UK + Hybrid (WFH) - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Role:

This position is a vital role, supporting our client’s central European team and the EU20 markets they’re responsible for. This central team is responsible for all non-technical training in Europe and is leading the launch of a new data-driven, web-based learning platform. The Junior Learning & Development Digital Web Designer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of high-quality digital assets, including platform webpages/ interfaces, web banners, thumbnails creation, and PowerPoint presentations. This role involves minor HTML coding / existing code manipulation ensuring all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and enhanced user experience. The ideal candidate will possess basic proficiency in graphic design software, meticulous attention to detail and user experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
