Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to begin work for a well-established company in the Shotton area.

About the Role:

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

* Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

* Brief Role Description:

* Supervising and managing all electrical installations on-site.

* Ensuring construction works align with design drawings, project specifications, and work schedules.

* Performing regular inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.

* Identifying material needs, informing the Site Chief, and performing regular warehouse controls.

* Monitoring and evaluating man-hour values for construction tasks.

* Submitting daily progress reports to the Site Chief.

* Addressing material, manpower, and site issues proactively and assisting the Site Chief in taking necessary precautions.

* Investigating defects or incomplete works reported by the client, implementing corrective actions, and escalating unresolved issues.

* Enforcing and promoting strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

* Long-term work for the right candidate

* Start: ASAP

* This role may require flexibility to work night shifts depending on project needs.

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* You must be a time-served/qualified Electrical Engineer

* ECS Card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) preferred but not essential

* Additional Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects (Factory or Industrial Plant preferred)

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

* Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of site safety protocols
