A primary school in Lambeth (SW16) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for a contract position in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student learning and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and development.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Proven experience teaching KS1 students.

Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
