We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Tutors to join our team in Croydon. If you are an experienced tutor with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), we want to hear from you! We offer a competitive rate of £25-£35ph!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group tuition for students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including but not limited to, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more.

Tailor lessons to meet the individual learning needs and abilities of each student.

Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, adapting teaching methods and materials to ensure student progress.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents, carers, and school staff.

Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and achievements.

Build strong, positive relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and self-esteem.Requirements:

A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).

Experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference in student's lives.

A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one

Experience working within a school or tutoring environment - desirable
