Job Description

A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Freelance Estimator to join their team. This is a freelance position and the number of hours required may vary weekly. Paying a negotiable salary per annum depending on experience. This role can be hybrid based but monthly visits to the office will be required.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.

Pay scaffolders labour costs on measured work done.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Read from drawings & plans to develop cost estimates on labour

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Freelance Estimator position:

Must be able to read drawings to be considered for this role

Previous estimating experience essential

Building and Construction industry knowledge/experience desirable

Experience in building client relationships.
