SEN Teaching Assistant - SEMH Needs | Colindale, London | £85-£100 per day | Full-Time, Long-Term

Teach Now is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs to join a 3-form entry school in Colindale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment with a friendly team.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with SEMH needs, helping them manage emotions such as anxiety, anger, and frustration. You will assist students in building positive relationships with peers and adults and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a school setting.

• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

• SEN qualifications are desirable but not essential.
