Inbound Sales Advisor
Sterling Recruitment Services are looking to recruit an experienced Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client based in Sunderland.
Working hours 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
* Dealing with a high volume of calls per day your duties will include:
* Answering inbound calls from customers to place orders
* Using the in house sales system to place orders on behalf of customers
* Advising customers of any deals and promotions
* Assisting customers with queries on orders
* Up selling and customer service
Applicant must able to read & understand an online parts catalogue, identifying and selling products.
Computer literate is a must & a good telephone manner
