Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

Location: Waltham Forest, London

Start Date: February half term

Contract: Term-time only

Pay: £90-£100 per day (based on experience)

A thriving secondary school in North London is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team in January 2025. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management or a related field who is eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to students, helping them stay engaged in their learning.

Foster a positive school environment by promoting constructive behaviour strategies.

Manage low-level disruptions and help maintain focus in the classroom.

Offer emotional and social support to students struggling with self-regulation.

Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions when required.About You:

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar support role.

Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic, and firm approach.

Familiarity with SIMS or other school systems for tracking behaviour (preferred).Role Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:15 pm.
