A leading charity based in London are looking to recruit a Criminal Justice/Outreach Worker for a role in Slough, offering £20.05 per hour on an ongoing basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

As a Criminal Justice/Outreach Worker, you will be at the forefront of supporting and guiding individuals, helping them reintegrate into society and lead productive lives. Key Duties include
• To carry out comprehensive substance use assessments including assessment of personal strengths and identification of any risk factors
• Formulate, monitor and review risk assessments and risk management plans that effectively safeguard and protect service users and families/carers from harm
• To develop person centred recovery plans using a strength based approach in partnership with service users and others involved in their support network
• Maintain a high standard of case notes and prepare and present narrative reports as required
• Effective delivery of Group intervention sessions
• Consistent, timely and accurate collection, recording and reporting of data and information relating to a client treatment journey
• Ensuring achievement of key performance indicators relevant to your role
