Position: Salesforce Content Writer

Contract Type: Initial 3-Month Contract

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Location: Remote (EU-based candidates preferred)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Salesforce Content Writer to support a global team and help develop and deliver high-quality training materials. This role combines Salesforce expertise with content creation, offering you the opportunity to both educate and inspire others while honing your skills in an international business environment.

As a Salesforce Content writer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of the team, ensuring that best practices are being followed, and that employees are effectively utilizing Salesforce’s Service Cloud and Field Service modules. You will create valuable content, such as training guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate learning and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver Salesforce training materials tailored to Service Cloud and Field Service users.

* Create engaging content, including user manuals, video tutorials, and internal documentation.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and develop content that aligns with the organization’s objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service: You should have hands-on experience using these Salesforce products, as well as a strong understanding of their capabilities.

* Content Writing Expertise: You must be able to write clear, engaging, and instructional content, with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts.

* Passion for Salesforce: An enthusiasm for Salesforce and a desire to continuously learn and grow your expertise.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering effective training and creating content that resonates with users
