Position Details:

Role: SENCO

Location: Gillingham 📍

Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days a week)

Start Date: February 2025 or ASAP 🗓

Salary: Competitive Pay - MPS + SEN Allowances 💰

Successful candidates will have:

* A qualified SENCO with at least 3 years of classroom experience in the UK

* National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualification

* Knowledge of SEN policies and practices relevant to the role of SENCO

* A passion for inclusion and helping young people thrive as a SENCO

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
