Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to assist at a reputable firm based in the Home Counties to start in February, for up to 6 months in duration.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable, friendly firm in the Home Counties to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The role is anticipated to last 3-6 months whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be required to work 3 days per week, with 2 days in the office and 1 from home.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a mixed caseload of private client matters including:

Probate

Wills

Trusts

Estates

LPAs

The locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and other Fee Earners in the team.

Requirements

At least 8 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor

Experience handling busy and mixed caseloads of private client work

Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
