Position: Year 2 Teacher

Location: Primary School in Tower Hamlets

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Temporary until July 2025, with the potential to transition to a permanent position

Salary: MPS3 - MPS6 (£218.14 - £257.88 per day)

The Role

Year Group: Year 2, with 27 enthusiastic pupils in the class.

Support: A full-time, dedicated Teaching Assistant to help deliver engaging and dynamic lessons.

Duration: Temporary until July 2025, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Expectations: This role is not open to ECTs; the ideal candidate will bring experience, passion, and a strong track record in primary education.

About You

We are looking for a Year 2 Teacher who:

Holds QTS and has relevant experience in primary education.

Is confident and knowledgeable in delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

Can create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Works collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant to meet all pupils' needs.

Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to educational excellence.
