Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local care company provider who are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join their team and provide high-quality care to their clients in their own homes. As a adult/elderly Care Worker, you will be responsible for traveling to clients homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.
Responsibilities:
Travel to clients homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
Requirements:
Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
Must drive and have access to own vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability

7am - 3pm , 3pm - 10pm or 7am - 10pm
Shift:
15 hour shifts
7/8 hour shifts
Day shifts
Monday to Sunday - must be flexible to pick up weekend work from time to time
