We are currently working with a Local Authority in Hull appoint an experienced Care Officer to join their team as soon as possible!

Within this role you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will contribute to their emotional, physical, and social development, helping them build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Work collaboratively with social workers, care managers, and families to create effective support programs tailored to individual needs.
• Foster a safe, supportive environment that enhances the development and independence of children in care.
