gap healthcare is recruiting for Agency Support Workers to join our team in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support in a supported living environment.
Promote independence and encourage engagement in daily activities.
Follow and contribute to individualised care plans.
Administer medication safely, as per care plans.
Foster positive relationships with families and healthcare professionals.

What We re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience within a supported living environment
Strong communication skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and flexible.
