SEN Teaching Assistant - Part Time Role in Derby
Start Date: After February Half Term
Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-regarded primary school in Derby, seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, starting after the February half-term. The role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

An experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant, with a passion for working with children with diverse needs.
Ability to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours.
A patient and resilient individual who can adapt to the needs of the children and provide positive reinforcement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Ideally, experience in supporting children with SEN or a relevant qualification in Special Education, but not essential.Why join Tradewind Recruitment?
