About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) who face behavioural challenges. This is a full-time, long-term position where you will:
• Provide tailored support to students, ensuring they feel engaged, safe, and motivated in the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to implement behaviour support strategies.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, encouraging confidence and self-esteem.• Support children during group and one-to-one sessions, helping them achieve their learning goals.
