We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Islington, supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with SEMH needs. In this full-time, long-term role, you will:
• Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages emotional resilience and academic progress.
• Collaborate with the SENCO and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.• Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
