Position Overview:
Do you have experience of managing the successful integration of marketing functions, systems and processes following a merger or acquisition?
At Advania UK we are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations specialist for this contract role which runs to the end of 2025.
You will be adept at managing external agencies as well as building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across business functions to understand dependencies and secure buy-in to change.
Responsibilities:
Work with external agency to integrate HubSpot and D365 workflows to create seamless tracking and reporting across multiple brands.
Coordinate and lead a discovery and design phase for the future Marketing operation.
Consolidate vendor MDF and co-op funding processes for streamlined utilization across teams.
Ensure all marketing operations align with ISO compliance and GDPR/privacy standards, including consolidating systems and access management protocols.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to manage cookie policies, privacy updates, and supplier contracts.
Develop the Advania UK Marketing Handbook to ensure consistency and best practices across teams.
Document and share best practices for marketing operations processes during M&A integrations.
Evaluate existing marketing processes for automation opportunities, enhancing efficiency.
Partner with IT to review and streamline tools or processes in the tech stack. Qualifications & Experience:
Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably in IT services or technology sectors.
Expertise in integrating CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, D365).
Strong understanding of compliance standards, including ISO and GDPR.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with legal, IT, and finance teams.
Excellent process management and documentation skills. #LI-Hybrid,
The budgeted remuneration for this role is between £600 - £700 Day Rate
