Housing Reviews Officer
Are you looking for a fully remote role?
Do you have extensive experience in drafting S202 Reviews?
We are working with a Local Authority in West Sussex seeking a Housing Reviews Officer to start immediately on a 6-month contract (with the potential for extension).
You MUST have:
Strong knowledge of Housing Law, including Parts 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 1996.
Proven experience drafting detailed and legally robust Section 202 Review decisions.
A good understanding of case law and statutory guidance, with excellent written communication skills.
Local Authority experience and the ability to manage a caseload within statutory deadlines.This position is fully remote and offers a very competitive rate.
