Site Manager Required
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to manage a modular build on a site in Aldermaston on the AWE base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently and safely, while also managing a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
* Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports on progress, incidents, and resource allocation.
* RAMS
* Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients promptly and effectively.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within modular build.
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with staff and stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment is highly desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
