Are you an organized and proactive Site Administrator looking for a long-term opportunity? We're seeking a motivated individual to join a thriving social housing scheme in Retford, supporting the smooth running of a busy construction site.

• Managing site documents, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinating meetings, schedules, and site records
• Handling invoices, purchase orders, and admin tasks
• Assisting the site team with compliance and health & safety paperwork
• Being the go-to person for all things admin!

• Previous experience in site administration or construction admin
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A team player with a keen eye for detail

• Secure a 2-year contract with stability and great experience
• Work on a meaningful social housing project
